MAGNETIC COMPASS ADJUSTMENTS
We are able to cater for all your global magnetic compass service requests. Our adjusters are sworn in by the Dutch inspectorate and sailed or are still sailing as a Captain. We perform the On board Adjustments in all open waters and ports of The Netherlands, Belgium and the North of France.
Complementary to our Magnetic Compass Adjustment Services performed on board we offer global Remote Magnetic Compass Adjustments via our 24/7 Distance Support desk. Our procedure involves a complete compass swing of the vessel out at sea and or when she is ‘en route’ to her next Port of Call. The adjustments are always performed at the convenience of the Master and can be done with intervals depending on the weather, traffic congestion. The actual adjustments can be planned in convenience with the voyage planning. We keep track of the vessel for 2 months after issuing off the deviation card to give distance support.
Rates
We work with fixed rates. All our service rates are inclusive; travel, overtime, ISPS and launches by tender.

We offer Global Magnetic Compass Repair & Exchange Services supported by our engineers and workshop. Next to our own workshop we have joined forces with two fully-equipped compass repair shops to cater for all global requests. This way we can guarantee quality service and timely deliveries to any port.
When your vessel calls any port in The North of France, Belgium or The Netherlands with a minimum port stay of 3 to 4 days, we can; collect, repair, test and then return your re-certified compass to the vessel.
